Refund policy
Refunds
Sigmon Heritage Press offers refunds for books that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing or shipping issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] with a description and photo of the problem. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-returnable items
Because we publish in small batches and cannot restock opened books, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
Order errors / address mistakes
If you entered an incorrect mailing address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will update it. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute the package.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order appears lost, contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier. Replacement shipments are issued at our discretion.
